CLS Holdings has announced plans for the redevelopment of its headquarters at Vauxhall Cross in south London.
The scheme has been set to local planning officials and is set to cost the firm upwards of £250 million but will deliver in excess of 200,000 sq ft of new grade A office interior space if given the go-ahead.
Richard Tice, chief executive officer of CLS, said: "These significant regeneration plans can provide Vauxhall with a new public square the size of Paternoster Square and establish the area as the next major London growth zone, just over a mile from the Houses of Parliament."
Elsewhere in the capital, Auction House recently announced it has opened a new office in London.
The new office is to be headed up by local auctioneer Andrew Binstock and his team of professionals, with the group able to use its knowledge of the London auction market to help make the venture a success.
