San Francisco-based digital media firm RadiumOne has announced the opening of its first UK office at 1 Heathcock Court in London's West End.
The company has signed a five-year lease at the premises and has agreed to pay £36.50 per sq ft per annum, taking out 1,632 sq ft of office interior space in total at the building.
A $21 million (£12.89 million) deal helped provide funding for this expansion, with RadiumOne closing the deal on second round funding from Crosslink Capital.
Furthermore, the firm plans additional office openings in Europe and the Asia Pacific region over the coming months.
Elsewhere in the capital, New York-based online media verification business DoubleVerify also recently announced the opening of a new London headquarters. This time at 20 Broadwick Street, also in the West End.
"Further developing DoubleVerify's offering in new markets is a big focus for the company in 2011 as interactive advertising continues to grow around the world," said Oren Netzer, chief executive officer of the business.
