Marketing agency Red C has confirmed a lease on 4,500 sq ft of modern office design space at Anchorage in Salford Quays.
Owned by property firm Muse Developments, the premises recently became home to Stockport accountancy practice, Clarke Nicklin.
Wes Erlam, development surveyor at Muse Developments, noted Salford Quays has emerged in recent months as a "new creative hub" and this is attracting more businesses to the area, with Anchorage providing ideal office interior space for companies looking to create a presence in the north-west.
Julian Gratton, creative director at Red C, said: "The move to Salford Quays will breathe new life into the agency."
Elsewhere, law firm Barlow Lyde & Gilbert recently announced plans for an office relocation project of its own, with the company readying a move to 7,800 sq ft of modern office design space at Chancery Place on Brown Street in Manchester.
