Businesses could benefit from a reduction in red tape when a new government initiative is implemented, it has been revealed.
Chris Fletcher, deputy chief executive and policy director at the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, said companies across the UK will welcome this latest development that could see them embrace sustainable office design and other measures to improve their standing more easily.
"It is crucial that businesses get as much help, support and space as possible to focus on growth. We see this announcement as being a crucial part in making that happen," he commented.
Mr Fletcher added that the three-year moratorium for small businesses on certain aspects of legislation is something the organisation has been campaigning for in the past and is happy to see now being implemented.
Furthermore, chancellor George Osborne recently announced that the government will encourage more office development projects to take place in the future as part of his upcoming Budget announcement.
