Rockspring Property Investment Managers (RPIM) has secured a new tenant at its No 1 Bell Street property in Maidenhead, Berkshire.
Serviced office provider Regus has signed a 12-year lease for 15,500 sq ft of grade A office interior space at the building, comprising the ground, first and second floors.
In total, the building offers 20,200 sq ft of offices and this latest deal leaves just 4,700 sq ft available, although it does have access to the property's roof terrace.
Michael Pryer, European director of RPIM, said: "This forms one of a spate of lettings that have taken place in Maidenhead over the last two quarters which signals renewed confidence in the market for prime, good quality, well-located stock."
Elsewhere in the region, international mining group Rio Tinto recently announced its relocation to new office space at the headquarters of global pharmaceutical business AstraZeneca in London.
The firm is now set to take on 26,000 sq ft of grade A office interior space on the sixth floor of Two Kingdom Street.
