Commercial office developer Regus has completed construction of a new office interior development in Hemel Hempstead.
Breakspear Business Park will offer businesses in Hertfordshire the chance to relocate to a new modern office building with good transport links to both Luton and Heathrow airports as well as central London and in turn, the rest of the UK.
The company noted that it would offer flexible-term leases for companies interested in taking up residence at the property.
Mark Dixon, group chief executive of the company, commented: "By introducing flexible workplace strategies, Regus enables clients to reduce overall facilities expenses, which are typically a company' second-largest fixed-ine item, by up to 60 per cent."
Elsewhere in the region, Land Securities has been granted planning permission for the construction of a new mixed-use development in London.
Park House, on Oxford Street, will offer 165,000 sq ft of grade A office interior space, 100,000 sq ft of commercial retail space and 39 residential apartments once completed.
