Royal Mail moved into new office space in Liverpool's Brunswick Business Park as part of its plans to strengthen its sorting and distribution services.
The company has taken up office interiors at the South Harrington Building and was assisted by Joint agents Hithcock Wright & Partners and Matthews & Goodman.
Partner at Hitchcock Wright & Partners Nick Harrop said: "Since the refurbishment and relaunch of South Harrington Building, demand for units has been extremely strong."
He added that the property has been done up to an extremely high standard.
According to figures by Royal Mail, each day the company delivers more than 82 million items to addresses throughout the British Isles.
It offers a standard pricing service to every one of the 27 million addresses in the UK and upholds its responsibility to carry out at least one collection every day from each one of its letterboxes spread across the country.
