Sale offices receive new tenants

Commercial property company Bruntwood has announced four new lettings at its offices in Sale.
Telemarketing company TBO Services has moved into Marsland House, while software firm Shortcuts has taken on office design space at Dalton House.
Debt management company Harrington Brooks has relocated to 16,375 sq ft of new offices at Sale Point and Trafford Housing Trust has also taken 21,110 sq ft at the premises.
Andrew Butterworth, sales director at Bruntwood, said: "All of these customers came to Bruntwood with very specific requirements, but all were looking for value. These deals highlight the variety of space we have on offer throughout Sale."
The company provides managed office solutions in Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool and Leeds.
It was founded more than 30 years ago and now has a portfolio of more than 90 office buildings in the four cities, with in excess of 1,000 tenants using its office services.
