Sandbach-based Flowcrete has opened a new headquarters, which have incorporated a range of green features.
Sustainable office design has been put at the heart of the company's new development, with the property benefiting from a green roof and an under-floor heating system that serves to both warm up the premises in the winter and keep them cool during warmer months.
Flowcrete managing director Mark Greaves said: "The building has been developed to reflect Flowcrete's position as a global leader in its field, with a commitment to a low carbon future."
He added that the new office space backs up the company's commitment to the north-west region and shows the faith it has in the economy of the area.
The company was founded in 1982 and specialises in providing bespoke flooring services. It operates manufacturing plants across Europe and is today recognised as one of the largest flooring providers in the world.
