UK property consultant Knight Frank has purchased Saville House in Sheffield city centre.
The 100,000 sq ft office building has formed part of one of the largest regeneration schemes outside of London and the firm is confident the property will attract significant interest from businesses looking to relocate to the area in the years ahead, Insider Media reports.
Tim Bottrill, partner at the Sheffield office of Knight Frank, said: "It is very rare for property of this quality and flexibility to be offered at these rentals. Saville House provides an extraordinary opportunity for occupiers to cut costs without sacrificing quality or location."
Elsewhere in the city, Number 1 St Paul's Place was recently sold to investment group Canada Life for £23.9 million from its former owner Standard Life Investments.
The property offers 88,000 sq ft of grade A office interior space and was built in 2005. It is presently let to three firms, law firm DLA Piper, as well as banking groups Barclays and Royal Bank of Scotland.
