Serviced office centre opened in Corbridge

Corbridge Business Centre has been opened in the town, it has been reported.

According to NE Business, the facility is situated just outside the town centre at Tinklers Yard and has direct access to the A695 Corbridge to Prudhoe road.

It offers serviced office interiors ranging from 120 sq ft up to 670 sq ft and each suite has round-the-clock surveillance and CCTV monitoring and 24-hour secure access.

There are currently two office suites still available, according to the publication, with a combined workspace of 365 sq ft each.

Rents at the site include all utilities and power, plus the use of meeting rooms, all maintenance and office cleaning.

Furthermore, the business which owns the site also has plans to develop a new 7,500 sq ft facility over the road from the complex should demand for the office space prove to be strong.

In other news, the construction industry news provider Choregus recently reported that demand for serviced office interiors is on the rise as they offer companies the advantage of increasing or decreasing their rental space as required.
