Sheffield Chamber of Commerce (CoC) has announced a new initiative aimed at attracting companies to set up more office interiors in the area.
The organisation has set up a number of flexible leases at the Omnia One and Quadrant office developments in the city.
Startup companies interested in taking on cheap office space at either of the sites have been urged to get in touch with the CoC in order to arrange a viewing.
Paul Reeves, chamber director of business development, said: "The property on offer means that businesses can concentrate on their development and progression instead of worrying about office space."
Meanwhile, Sheffield Hallam University recently announced that it has purchased its own office interior complex in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire.
The university has let the property on a 20-year lease to Guardian Assurance and is believed to be generating up to £1 million in revenue from the building.
