Lambert Smith Hampton has completed two lettings on behalf of the property development company Quintain Estates & Development.
The Sheffield Telegraph has reported that Prospect Services is to begin its residence at The Synergy Building in Sheffield city centre in the near future and will benefit from 2,400 sq ft of grade A office interiors at the site.
James Ward at Quintain told the newspaper: "We are delighted with the success of The Synergy Building to date and these latest lettings are testament to all that we have achieved and also to the commitment of our appointed agents."
Meanwhile, elsewhere in the city, Cathedral Quarter has recently undergone a massive refurbishment and now offers 65,679 sq ft of office interiors also.
In other regional news, the Journal Live recently reported that a £200 million revamp of Newcastle city centre has been unveiled which will incorporate the construction of a new nine-storey office complex.
