Dore House Industrial Estate in Handsworth, Sheffield has announced the letting of two new office interior units to an unnamed firm.
Property Executive has reported that the 1970s development recently underwent a modernising office refurbishment and demand for space at the site has now grown significantly following its completion.
In total, the estate offers 140,000 sq ft of office interior space, with unit sizes ranging from 2,500 to 18,000 sq ft.
Tim Bottrill, partner at the Sheffield office of Knight Frank, commented: "The intention is to feed the demand for quality, commercial property at a price that businesses can afford. We understand the financial challenges that small companies are facing at present."
Meanwhile, the magazine recently reported that commercial office interior building Leeds Gateway has completed its second phase of construction at a cost of £150 million, with available space at the site doubling to more than 50,000 sq ft.
