Sheffield office refurb to get underway

Trafford Park-based Property Alliance Group has announced plans to carry out the office refurbishment of a business park in Sheffield.

Currently known as Ecclesfield 35, the 27-acre site is a former engineering factory, but once converted will offer 350,000 sq ft of modern office interior space.

Oliver Moorhouse, of Property Alliance Group, said: "Even in these uncertain times, Sheffield has demonstrated to us that it continues to be a productive industrial location and this ... provides us with a great platform to create a successful modern industrial estate."

The company already owns Victory Park - a 13-acre office park on the outskirts of Sheffield.

Elsewhere in the city, Sheffield Chamber of Commerce (CoC) recently announced that it has signed agreements with a number of office interior developments in the area to provide flexible, low-cost office accommodation to firms in need of premises.

Businesses interested in taking on leases at the Omnia One and Quadrant office developments in the city should contact the CoC.
