Belvidere Lifts is to undergo an office relocation in order to help it break the £1 million annual revenue mark.
The Birmingham Post has reported that Steve Nankivell, who set up Belvidere Lifts in 2003, has decided to move his firm from its present Shrewsbury base to a new 230 sq ft office interior in Rural Regeneration Zone's new Rural Enterprise Centre in Birmingham.
He told the newspaper: "It is always a difficult decision to make moving from your home, but we now have a very professional office, access to the latest technology and enough space to take more people on."
Meanwhile, a number of other businesses have also recently decided to transfer their office interiors to the UK's second-largest city, according to Biz Journal.
Kaman Industrial technologies has leased 31,350 sq ft at Parkwest Corporate Centre and Brookwood Internal Medicine has announced plans to move to a new 4,900 sq ft office interior at Vestavia Hills on Canyon Road in the city centre.
