Office space in Torquay is set to be opened up to companies which are looking to innovate.
The Torbay Development Agency (TDA) has revealed that the aim of the South West Innovations Centres is to give organisations a place to be nurtured.
Steve Parrock, TDA's chief executive, stated that he is "very pleased" with the success of the office space in Torquay so far.
"Small businesses are the backbone of our economy and here in Torbay we are committed to providing the support they need to develop and grow," he was quoted as saying by Insider Media.
Lymington Road in Torquay, Vantage Point at South Devon College and the Watermark Centre at Ivybridge are the current locations of the office space, with 64 tenants in them already and another 45 still awaiting firms moving in.
Javaris Akbar on the Need Office Space blog recently stated that keeping office space organised is the key to a small business being successful.
