A software firm has rented a three-storey office building in Bristol in what is likely to lead to some office refurbishment work.
SamTech UK has rented the 4,694 sq ft city centre site at 15/16 Park Row from Alder King Property Consultants on a decade-long lease.
The Belgian firm also has offices in Madrid and Hamburg, but is likely to be focusing on office design and space planning for its latest premises.
Thomas Dugay, surveyor at Alder King, said: "The property has been recently refurbished and offered SamTech UK city centre premises at a competitive rent.
"The building’s location provides easy access to the M32 and the M4/M5 motorway network. It also has a wide range of amenities for staff, with Broadmead and Park Street within easy walking distance."
SamTech creates professional software packages for design engineers in the aeronautics, aerospace, energy and automotive sectors.
