Premises in St Helens which have recently undergone a comprehensive office refurbishment project are being put up for sale.

LDP Business has reported that agents at David Currie & Co are currently marketing Unit 1 at Kettering Court, St Helens for anyone lookinmg to take on modern office interior space in the area.

The property is a modernised end-terraced warehousing unit which was recently refurbished to provide 3,875 sq ft of modern office interior space, with the first floor of the property kitted out to provide a large open-plan office design space, with two further smaller offices situated to the rear of the building.

Elsewhere in the region, the North-West Regional Development Agency has helped provide funding for the completion of a new sustainable office design building at Liverpool Science Park.

The business park's second Innovation Centre has now been completed and is looking to attract north-west knowledge-based firms to the area.
