Pulse Scientific - a recruitment firm specialising in personnel for the biotechnological, pharmaceutical, medical and environmental industries - has announced that it is to open a new north-west office in Manchester.
Crain's Manchester Business reports that the company has recently opened office interiors in Oxford, Cambridge and Newcastle and is planning to open a further office at Manchester Science Park.
Richard Taylor, operations manager for Pulse Scientific in the north, commented: "Manchester was the perfect choice as our north-west base. It has an active science community and being situated on the science park gives access to a wide client base, allowing us to support companies on the park."
Meanwhile, it was recently reported that the Chester-based firm Acies is set to move to a new office interior in the heart of Manchester.
It noted that the need to open a new office was spurred by an increase in demand for the company's services in the area.
