Bradford-based Standard Wool UK has signed a long-term lease for new office space in the city.
The company has moved into 8,750 sq ft of grade A office interior space at a two-storey property on Trevor Foster Way in the city centre.
A rent has been agreed of £15 per sq ft per annum and the deal was brokered by chartered surveyors Eddisons.
Nicholas Maddams, financial director at Standard Wool, said: "These offices provide the perfect working environment and the convenience of the location, being close to the motorway network and Bradford city centre, makes us easily accessible for staff, customers and suppliers."
Elsewhere, Training Event Safety Solutions recently announced its relocation to new premises at Caswell Science and Technology Park in Towcester, Northamptonshire.
The move came about as the company has seen improved business performance in recent years and felt that now would be a good time to expand its offices to help meet this growing demand for its services.
