Strathclyde Business Park has invited a restaurant to open on its premises in a bid to attract more office relocations to the site.
Park owner HFD has let the Avondale - one of the park's retail spaces - to Massimo, a restaurant which offers predominantly Italian cuisine and has other outlets in Glasgow, Livingston and Edinburgh.
A spokesperson for the restaurant commented: "Our aim at Strathclyde Business Park is to provide a one stop catering facility, starting with early morning coffees and continental breakfasts, through to lunch and early evening dinners and drinks."
Elsewhere in Scotland, European recycling company Shanks recently announced office relocation plans to the Easter Queenslie development in Glasgow.
The group has signed a ten-year lease for 5,000 sq ft of modern office interior space at the development, which the company hopes will save it up to £237,000 per annum in comparison to their previous premises in Pontypool.
