A law firm that consolidated its offices in Bradford following the refurbishment of a property in the city has seen success since the move.
The firm's staff moved into the refurbished office space earlier this summer and company bosses are already seeing the benefits the move has made.
Commercial property partner at the company Paul Young told Bradford's local newspaper the Telegraph and Argus that the refurbished office space offers a better base for work and is more suitable for enabling stronger levels of interaction between different teams within the company.
Strong financial results from the last financial year have also helped the company's position, and management hope to now challenge the major law firms operating in the county.
The company hopes to build on its current position and meet tough growth targets, the newspaper reports.
The new offices, at Forward House in Bradford's Piccadilly, offer an open plan space where all of the 120 Bradford-based employees are able to work. Gordons has another office in Leeds.
