Corporate Events Plus (CEP) is all set to carry out its planned office relocation to a rural modern office design site in Suffolk.
The company is planning its first office relocation project in its 11-year history.
"It will make us much more efficient, reducing daily travelling time and putting all of our administration and equipment storage together in one place," said CEP managing director Ian Everett.
He added that the tranquil surroundings of the countryside are an added bonus for the firm, with employees able to benefit from the rural nature of the new head office, while still having the advantages of excellent transport links to the rest of the UK.
Meanwhile, UK retailer New Look recently announced plans for its own office relocation project, with its headquarters moving to new premises on London's Oxford Street.
The company is to move to the former head offices of beleaguered bookseller Borders, after a number of its stores were recently earmarked for closure.
