Sustainable office design advice
Office design news from Morgan Lovell

Businesses looking to improve their green credentials have been offered some straightforward advice on how to do so.
Samuel Keehn, LEED AP and Environmental & Sustainability Manager at Energy Management Services, recommended firms looking to embrace sustainable office design talk to consultants about where they can reduce their energy consumption and what other methods they can use to cut emissions.
He noted there are five main components to monitoring energy efficiency. These are: the site, water efficiency, energy consumption, materials and air quality.
Mr Keehn claimed these issues are the same "regardless of whether you're talking about BREEAM, LEED, Green Star or whatever".
Elsewhere, needofficespace.com recently published a number of tips to help make office moves less stressful for firms.
The website advised creating a checklist of all issues and ticking them off as they are resolved. These issues could include ensuring all clients are informed of address changes and securely packing away equipment and files.
