Jewellery wholesaler Suzie Blue has announced it has taken on new office space at the Old Dalby Business Park office development in Melton Mowbray.
The company has signed a three-year lease for 40,000 sq ft of grade A office interior space at the site, which is set in 39-acres of rural parkland that is within easy reach of large urban areas including Nottingham, Leicester and Loughborough.
Joe Curlett, asset manager for the park's owners, commented: "The park's location is close to several major urban areas and this and the range of accommodation available continue to be key factors in attracting companies to locate here."
Meanwhile, global pharmaceutical business AstraZeneca recently announced it has moved to new headquarters at office space in Paddington Central.
The company has carried out an office relocation to Two Kingdom Street from its former offices in Mayfair and saw the new centre officially opened by London mayor Boris Johnson.
