Four new tenants have been confirmed for the Holborn Business Centre in Greater London.
TradeTracker International, Leisure Breaks, Dapper Digital and Sefaira have all taken on office interior space at the development, with 40 per cent of the office complex now let.
Mads Jensen, chief executive officer of Sefaira, comments: "We opted for serviced office space as we're a young, expanding business and it gives us the flexibility to size up as the company grows."
He added that the proximity of the business centre to London's City district is especially useful as this is where many of the firm's clients are situated.
Elsewhere in the capital, social networking company Twitter recently announced plans for the opening of new office in the London - its first outside the US.
Numerous sites are presently under consideration by the firm, with the West End and the city's "silicon roundabout" area the current front-runners.
