The Buying Team takes on Leeds office space

Procurement company The Buying Team have moved into new office interior space in Leeds city centre.
According to the Yorkshire Post, the firm has taken on 2,250 sq ft on the top floor of No. 1 East Parade, with the firm moving in alongside present occupiers Zurich.
Alex Hailey, of CB Richard Ellis, commented: "No. 1 East Parade is superbly located at the intersection of East Parade and St Paul's Street and is very close to the city's main transport networks."
He added that it is one of the finest office buildings in the central business district.
Elsewhere, Korean oil company SK Energy recently became the first tenant at a recently refurbished office building on Oxford Street in London.
The firm has signed a ten-year lease for 3,195 sq ft of grade A office interior space on the third floor of the building at a rent of £47.50 persq ft per annum.
