The underwater office raises awareness
Office design news from Morgan Lovell

Envirowise has declared itself happy at the feedback it has received from Water at Work Week, the initiative launched by the advisory body running from August 14th to 18th.
The campaign aimed to raise awareness of the 310 million litres of water that are wasted at the workplace everyday.
Mary Leonard, Envirowise communications director, revealed that six national newspapers had run the story and that they were very pleased at the opportunities people had to learn about the campaign.
Ms Leonard stated that there had been an "increase in interest from companies" and this was estimated to be at around a "20 per cent increase".
Envirowise are looking to provide companies with independent advice on the general use of water in the work place and that includes water used during production.
Focusing on the use of water at the design stage can be helpful and builds upon the basic advice to put a litre bottle of water in toilet cisterns.
Envirowise also revealed it would be happy to provide independent advice to companies on the RoHS and WEEE directives. Making design cleaner and ensuring companies are aware of the latest legislation is a significant part of Envirowise advice.
Although it is too early to thoroughly gauge awareness, Envirowise is happy at the feedback so far and hopes to see an improvement in the amount of water an office uses.
