Land Securities has announced three new office schemes that are to get underway over the coming 12 months.
All three will take place in the West End of London, with Park House in Mayfair providing 165,000 sq ft of modern office design space when completed, Wellington House at Buckingham Gate creating 60,000 sq ft and Selborne House in Victoria Street providing a further 250,000 sq ft of office space.
LandSec chief executive Francis Salway commented: "The business continues to perform well against our operational targets and we are pleased that our portfolio is proving its appeal to occupiers with ongoing lettings."
Elsewhere, Canary Wharf chief executive George Iacobescu recently revealed his organisation has purchased a 1.2 million sq ft office project at 1 Park Place for £17.5 million.
The firm bought the lease holding on the property after its former owner, Irish developer Bernard McNamara, went into receivership.
