Two businesses have taken on office space at the Metroplex Business Park in Salford Quays.
Situated opposite the MediaCity UK development, Metroplex has secured hair and beauty supplies company Aston & Fincher on a ten-year lease at the site, as well as Cameron Industrial Services on a four-year deal.
The pair have taken on a unit each, with dimensions of 9,054 sq ft and a 50:50 split between industrial and office interior usage over two floors.
Richard Johnson, senior surveyor at joint agents King Sturge, said: "The hybrid units allow occupiers to save on occupational costs by combining both their industrial/warehouse and office requirements under one roof. We are delighted to have disposed of both units on good terms in a slow market."
Elsewhere in the Greater Manchester area, Steam Packet House on Manchester's Cross Street is about to receive significant investment in an effort to attract more tenants, the Manchester Evening News reports.
