UK estate agent in European office first

A London-based estate agent has opened a pair of office layouts in Albania, it has been revealed.

Moves by Fresh Property Co have seen it enter an office interior in the European country's capital city Tirana.

In addition, the firm has taken up office space on Saranda, a coastal resort located on the Ionian Sea.

The news means Fresh Property Co is the first British estate agent to take up office space in Albania.

Fiona Bosticky, director at the company, said: "We are very excited to be opening these new offices at a time when the Albanian property market is taking off and other more established markets are cooling."

As well as providing support to existing clients of the estate agents, staff at the new office interior will also provide long-term and holiday lettings services to both tourists and local residents.

In May it was revealed that pharmaceutical technology firm ClinPhone has entered a new office layout in Paris.
