Universal Orlando moves to London

Universal Orlando Resort is relocating its UK office, it has been revealed.

Moves by the firm will see it take up an office layout in London as it shifts its operations from its previous base in Manchester.

Now it will adopt office space at 80-110 New Oxford Street placing it in the same building of its New York-based parent company NBC Universal, TravelMole reports.

Commenting on the office relocation, Dennis Quinn, vice-president of international sales and marketing for Universal Orlando Resort, said: "Our move to Prospect House in London unites us with other NBC Universal businesses to give our company a more focused presence in the UK."

He added that by moving into the new office layout Universal Orlando will benefit from a "more central location" allowing to it serve its clients throughout the continent more effectively.

Earlier this week, it was revealed that Cancer Research UK is set to transfer its staff working in numerous facilities across London into a single office layout in Angel Islington.
