The West Yorkshire town of Wakefield is set to benefit from a purpose-built office layout, it has been revealed.
Following the acquiring of 1.5 acres of land from Yorkcourt Properties Eshton Paragon is set to construct new office facilities at Paragone Business Village.
After receiving planning permission for construction, the firm is set to start working on a range of self-contained offices, offering interior workspace of between 1,000 and 6,000 sq ft.
Overall, the development will provide an office interior of 30,000 sq ft, the Yorkshire Evening Post reports.
Eshton Paragon is a joint venture between Burley Development and Eshton Property Development.
Mike Smith, director of Burley Developments, told the publication: "The success of the site is testament to the growing trend for businesses to relocate to quality and convenient out of town business parks."
In May, British Land revealed plans for a mixed-use development in Sheffield, which is planned to incorporate an overall office interior of between 660,000 and 1.3 million sq ft.
