BT has been given the green light to carry out its office construction plans for its new regional headquarters in West Bromwich.
The Birmingham Post reported developer Stoford will be overseeing the £75 million build - which is due to be completed by August next year.
Indeed, the premises will provide 245,000 sq ft of grade A office space once finished, and will help to secure more than 1,000 jobs for West Bromwich.
Jon Andrews, director of Stoford, said: "This is great news for all concerned and will be a major step forward to repositioning West Bromwich as a key business location in the Midlands."
The company was founded in 1997 and specialises in the development of occupier-led property solutions for firms.
It presently offers a range of offices across the UK, including Swallowfield One in Oldbury, Portland House in Solihull, Columbus House in Coventry and many more besides.
