Mourant Property Trustees is planning the refurbishment of a 1960s development in London's West End.
The £200 million mixed-use scheme will include office interior and retail space for tenants and is situated on The Strand.
It will also feature the first new residential construction in the area for the last 100 years after local officials gave their consent for the planning of the project.
The retail, residential and office construction project will replace the existing buildings on the site and will feature two large central courtyards, Construction Enquirer reports.
Meanwhile, Kelvin Davidson, property economist at Capital Economics, recently stated that investment in London is likely to remain strong over the coming months after the market was described as "top of the field" in a recent report.
He commented: "The markets in the UK and maybe France look to be near the top of the field, so why would you not try and chase them?"
