Office design news from Morgan Lovell

Cheshire-based developer The Forward Partnership has announced the completion of its latest project - Forward Point in Widnes.
LDP Business News has reported that the £2.4 million facility has seen the construction of 16,553 sq ft of flexible grade A office interiors at the site.
However, while units are now available, the development is to be officially opened at a breakfast event on November 27th.
Andrew Owen, a partner at the scheme's property agents Mason Owen, told the newspaper: "Forward Point's location and excellent build quality mean it is ideally placed to make a significant impact on the local office market.
"We're expecting strong interest as occupiers witness the quality of the scheme first-hand."
Meanwhile, elsewhere in the region, the newspaper also recently reported that Hawarden Business Park in Liverpool is now open for new tenants.
The project was recently completed by developers UK Land & Property and Pochin and has delivered a further 40,000 sq ft of office interiors to the area.
