Willis has announced the relocation of its staff to new premises at Catherine's Court in Berkeley Place in Bristol.
The property received a BREEAM rating of Excellent and offers 5,000 sq ft of grade A office interior space. It is also a listed building.
As a result of the move, up to 35 members of staff will be located at the premises.
Bristol branch director at the firm Mike Stuart said: "Our investment in St Catherine's Court signifies our commitment to providing the city's businesses and companies across the UK with world-class risk management advice."
Meanwhile, Insider Media recently reported the Environment Agency's (EA) new headquarters at WestOne office park in Bristol have been completed.
Providing 30,000 sq ft of new office space, the building will emit up to five times less carbon emissions than a similar construction in the 1960s and will be approximately 20 per cent cheaper to run for the EA.
