Not-for-profit employment organisation Work Solutions has announced that it is to extend its office space due to an increase in the number of employees.
Crain's Manchester Business has reported that the Stockport-based firm has increased its office interior letting at Orbit Developments' Beckwith House by an additional 660 sq ft.
Work Solutions currently employs 250 people and has an annual turnover of £13 million, while this new deal brings the firm's total letting up to a level of 2,371 sq ft.
Grace Watson, service manager at Work Solutions, told the publication: "With the recent downturn in the economy and unemployment levels at the highest for a number of years, more and more people are using our services to get back into work."
Elsewhere in the region, the newspaper recently reported that employment law specialists Tobins Solicitors has unveiled plans to relocate its head offices across Manchester, from Peter House on Oxford Street to a new 900 sq ft office interior on the third floor of St Andrew's Chambers, in Albert Square.
