WorkDirections takes up new Birmingham office space

Employees at WorkDirections UK are benefiting from a new office design that is both modern and practical, allowing for optimum work performance, it has been revealed.

The welfare to work provider has just opened a new facility in Birmingham to cater for its customers in the city and offer them improved access to its services.

Situated within the Equipoint building in the Yardley region of the city, the facility has recently undergone a high quality office refit and refurbishment programme to provide businesses with modern and sustainable interiors.

The building houses 50,000 sq ft of office space and after working with its space planners WorkDirections UK decided to take over 4,100 of them.

Facilities co-ordinator Scott Wagstaff said the building's interior design was a big selling point as it was completed to a high standard with a good office layout offering plenty of natural light.

It seems the Birmingham area is offering firms a great deal in terms of contemporary office design and sustainability.

According to the Birmingham Post the Pavillions in Solihull has been issued with a Breeam rating for its commitment to green office design.
