Wrexham office development results in jobs boost

A new office development in Wrexham is expected to result in a significant jobs boost for the region, it has been reported.

The Evening Leader explains that the development of another successful modern office design in the area prompted Gladman developments to pursue a second project.

Edison Court, built in 2005 at the Wrexham Technology Park, was well received by local businesses and resulted in significant office relocation.

Now as many as 600 posts could result from the increased office layout space on offer in the town.

Paul Roberts, spokesperson for Gladman Developments, told the publication: "There is still a strong demand for new purpose-built office space particularly from local businesses.

"With more than 300 businesses on site already, Wrexham Industrial Estate is already a very well established business location."

Part of the Edison Court development has been adopted by the Health and Safety Executive, which is responsible for the regulation of wellbeing in the workplace across the UK.
