Pegler Yorkshire Group (PYG) has announced that it has completed the first phase of construction at its mixed-use development in Yorkshire.
Pre-letting of 104,000 sq ft of modern office design space has been carried out at the development already, with final completion of the project scheduled for early next year.
In total, the office interior and warehousing project is costing the firm £7 million.
Ian Howarth, financial director at PYG said: "The completion of steelwork for the new Brookfields distribution and warehouse facility means that we can really see the PYG's vision becoming a reality.
Elsewhere in the region, two companies recently announced plans to carry out office relocation projects to the historic Holbeck Urban Village area of Leeds.
True North and CTP St James each secured lettings in the area, with property management firm Knight Frank brokering each of the deals.
