Plans for a multimillion pound office layout in North Yorkshire have been revealed, it has emerged.
Based at Manor Park in Old Malton once construction work on the facility is complete, Redworth Construction will undergo an office relocation to the new development from its existing base at Leat House, Welham Road.
Andrew McBeath of Malton-based agents MPC, told the Malton Mercury: "This is the first development of its kind in Ryedale and not surprisingly it has created a lot of interest from occupiers and investors."
Worth a total of £5 million, the development consists of a total office interior of 27,000 sq ft across five buildings which will be made available via either virtual freehold or leasehold.
Each facility is reported to have its own bicycle and car parking areas.
He pointed out that the office design is "stunning", with the proximity that the facilities provide to both the A64 and central Malton set to make them a sought-after location for businesses.
Last month, it was revealed that a disused building in York is set to be redeveloped in a new office layout across four storeys.
