Two businesses in Yorkshire have secured lettings in the historic Holbeck Urban Village area of Leeds.
Each of the deals was brokered by property management firm Knight Frank, with True North taking on 4,963 sq ft of modern office design space at the centre and CTP St James taking on 8,455 sq ft available in nearby Marshalls Court.
Jess Fowle, creative director of True North, commented: "Holbeck Urban Village is a fantastic location for True North. We're very excited about moving into such a vibrant business community and look forward to forging new partnerships with the other creative industries in the area."
In related news, LDP Business recently reported that SIMS Metal Management recently secured a ten-acre letting at Ellesmere Port, in Cheshire, while two further lettings were secured at Candy Park, in Bromborough.
The company noted that a flurry of deals secured in the first half of the year have led to the firm's expansion in recent months.
