Yorkshire Water planning Leeds office relocation

Yorkshire Water is presently in discussions with GE Capital Real Estate over an office relocation to its development in Leeds.
The company hopes to take on two-thirds - 55,000 sq ft - of the available modern office design space in Livingstone House at Clarence Dock, with the firm presently talking to joint letting agents CB Richard Ellis and WSB Property Consultants over a possible deal.
Meanwhile, a positive decision on the office relocation could be good news for the development, which recently came under fire from local council officials who claimed the site was "too far from the traditional city core to attract occupiers".
Elsewhere in Leeds, Prospect Business Centres has announced plans to open an additional 5,000 sq ft of modern office design space at its development in the city.
The company has invested £40,000 into creating the new office interior space at Fountain House in the city centre.
