Zurich Financial Services has announced plans to move interior new office space in Bolton.
Crain's Manchester Business reported the company has agreed a five-year lease and will occupy 3,500 sq ft of modern office design space at Merchant's Place. The firm was quoted rental levels of £13 per sq ft.
The scheme is owned by Charles Topham Group and the deal was brokered by the Manchester office of Cushman & Wakefield.
Jonathan Baucher of Cushman & Wakefield said: "We have considerable interest in the remaining space within phase one and hope to be in a position to report another new letting in the near future."
Elsewhere, MEN Media recently announced plans to move its staff to new premises in Oldham.
The company - which publishes the Manchester Evening News among other titles - is to carry out its second office move in the last six months after the group's owner Trinity Mirror announced the purchase of Guardian Media Group (GMG) Regional Media.
