Zurich undergoes office refurbishment

Zurich Assurance is set to undergo a £2 million office refurbishment, it has been revealed.

Liverpool Daily Post Business News reports the company is set to refit its five-storey Water Street office interior.

The office refurbishment programme is creating a contemporary office design at Norwich House for the business to move into which is both flexible and cost-effective.

Scott Langshaw, Morris & Spottiswood contracts manager, told the newspaper: "Norwich House now draws an interesting contrast between the past and the future."

As part of the office fitting, the firm is creating an open plan office design with a large lobby and reception area for guests.

In other news, Liverpool Charity and Voluntary Services has purchased the former head offices of Genting Stanley on Dale Street in Liverpool city centre.

LDP Business News reports the £5 million purchase of the office interior and building by the charity follows Genting Stanley's move last year to office layouts in Birmingham.
