And we'll also promise to deliver a fourth key objective, decided by you. Maybe you'd like us to deliver a bit early? Or maybe your priority is a seamless move of your IT. You tell us what your measure of success will be, and we'll deliver it.

Your project manager is personally responsible for ensuring that we're meeting our pledge to you in every part of the process. Until you're personally satisfied that we've delivered on all four promises, our job isn't done.
