Amey Project Manager

As part of Amey Plc’s strategic re-organisation, Morgan Lovell was appointed to carry out the office design, refurbishment and fit-out of their Oxford HQ.

The project was completed in occupation which meant that noisy and disruptive works had to be performed out of hours or at the weekend.

All of the existing facilities were stripped out including furniture, meeting rooms, AV and IT infrastructure, which were replaced with high quality alternatives.

The new office design included a new reception area, a business innovation centre that enables staff to choose their work location depending on the task they want to achieve, new executive offices and meeting rooms and also a staff café on the ground floor.

The new workplace includes various areas designed to facilitate greater staff collaboration and informal meetings in the open spaces, furnished with high quality furniture. There are also standing high tables for team meetings, meeting rooms of different styles and sizes and wall art depicting the work that Amey perform.
