Office design & fit out project in Birmingham

A premium service for a top service provider

In the public services industry, strict budgets come as standard. So when Amey, one of the country’s leading public service providers, wanted to fit out a new Birmingham office, they needed someone they could count on.

Our approach appealed to them on a number of levels.  The fact we manage everyone, from surveyors to electricians, means we’re able to deliver a hassle free service. This saves time as well as money.

Now, 46,005 ft² may sound roomy, but with such a large workforce, our main aim was to produce the most space-efficient plan possible. To make sure not even an inch was wasted, we built intelligent storage walls so there was more room for desks. To top it off, we amplified the spacious feeling by using white, which added an open, airy look.
