Office design & fit out project in London

Finding the winning formula for Forrester Research
Forrester Research are no strangers to success. Their clients turn to them for advice about the impact technology can have on businesses. Forrester know the importance of providing a hassle free service to clients and when they turned to Morgan Lovell to design and build their new London office interior, they knew they could rely on us every step of the way.
They had a clear idea of what their new office should look like; professional and unique, while keeping in line with their other offices, located worldwide.
We made sure the entire space had a corporate feel by introducing neutral tones, with a splash of colour in the breakout area and subtle shades in their many meeting rooms. We also built a specific area for their all-important ping-pong table, to give staff a much needed unwind and de-stress during lunch.
We know that avoiding private offices and locating all staff in open plan areas can do wonders for communication and motivation, so we did just that for Forrester; all staff are seated in open plan areas with as few private offices as possible. Speaking of communication, with individuals located in every corner of the globe we knew that technology would play a major part in keeping the Forrester staff connected. With this in mind we designed several flexible quiet rooms which can be used for conference calls or individual working, by visitors and staff alike.
And last, but by no means least, we built a separate client area for Forrester to entertain and present to their clients, away from the hustle and bustle of the open plan area.
So, do Forrester Research think we uncovered the best solution for them? “Morgan Lovell understood the brief well, explained things very clearly and provided us with a clean, fresh and new office.” – Manager, Corporate Services at Forrester Research.
